Bhimeshwar Mahadev Temple is a famous and popular temple situated in the city of Bhimtal in Nainital district. This temple is situated on the banks of the Bhimtal lake. This ancient temple was built in the 17th century by King Baaz Bahadur of the Chand dynasty of Kumaon region. This famous temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
