Bedini Bugyal is a beautiful alpine grassland situated in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand state. Bedini Bugyal is situated at an elevation of 3355 meters above sea level. Bedini Bugyal is on the route of Roopkund near Wan village further of Karnaprayag. This place offers spectacular views of snowy peaks like Trishul and Nanda Devi. Situated in the middle of the valley is a small beautiful lake, which is known as Bedini Kund. This lake spread over between Bugyal, which gives even greater beauty here. After the snow melts, in these plains, the colourful little flowers bloom everywhere and there are many types of herbs found in these plains. In these Bugyals, the rare organism like Himalayan sheep, musk deer, monal is visible. Bugyal is called her area, which in the summer season, the pasture work for cattle comes. To reach Bedini Bugyal, through the Neel Ganga river, it has to go through dense forests of green-filled oak and rhododendron. The grounds of this place are covered with green velvet sheets of grass.

During the winter season, the weather of here is cold. Due to snowfall on the surrounding hills in the winter season, the temperature of here goes down very much. Due to heavy rains in the rainy season, it is a bit difficult to travel of here because of heavy rains threatening landslides.
