Maneri Dam is a famous hydroelectric project located in Uttarkashi. This dam is built on the Bhagirathi river. This dam is a solid gravitational dam situated in Maneri in East, about 16 km away from Uttarkashi. The scheme for the Maneri Bhali hydroelectric project was done in the year 1960.
