Nachiketa Lake is a famous beautiful lake located in Uttarkashi. This lake is about 32 km away from Uttarkashi. This lake is situated at an altitude of about 2455 meters above sea level. It is said that this lake was created by Nachiketa. Nachiketa was the son of Sant Uddalak. For this reason, this lake was named Nachiketa Tal.
