Pokhu Devta Temple is a famous temple situated in Netwad village of Uttarkashi. The Pokhu Devta is worshipped by the local's people as the god of justice. People who come in the hope of getting justice quickly in the Pokhu Devta temple have to strictly follow the rules of the temple. The people of the region, including the village, have inexhaustible faith towards this temple. They are considered to be the king of this region. It is said about the temple that the Pokhu Devta's mouth is in the paatal and the upper part of the waist is on the earth.
